Our Aim

Here at  Peaceful Meadows, we provide compassionate Christian care to the elderly, who because of circumstances in their lives are in need of custodial care. Our goal is to with dignity and respect, supply the residents' physical needs, as well as assist in their emotional and spiritual wellbeing. 

Our Statement of Belief

 We believe that God is the Creator of all things, both in heaven and on earth. He is the Creator of all life, and within man has created a soul with eternal existence. We believe that God, through His inspired Word, has set moral laws in place for the welfare of man. It is the responsiblility of all people to help and care for each other, especially those who through infirmity of the physical body need assistance. We believe that God is sovereign and the beginning of life is by His hand. We commit the ending of life into His hand as well. It is our responsibility to be stewards of the life God gives to us, an commit the future to His plans. Our calling is to provide care, comfort, and encouragement to our fellow man as long as God grants them breath of life. 

Our Operational Guidelines

a) We have regular in-house church services that residents are able to attend. 

b) We provide opportunities for extra activities that occupy and stimulate the residents in their leisure time. 

c) We provide an atmosphere that will accommodate and encourage visitors.

d) We provide accomodations that could make it possible for elderly couples to to stay together even when one or the other needs more extensive care.

d) Our understanding of the Bible gives us a desire to co-operate with, and meet the standard requirements that are legislated by the various government authorities.
